What i'm looking for: A short term tenant for August while I work at the fringe. The flat is only available to rent as one property (not individual rooms).
The flat is a two bedroom ground floor flat 2 mins walk from Queens Park. This price includes all bills including council tax and internet. It’s in a lovely and very quiet building with a nice back garden and I have a small front garden also.
The flat is on the same street as queens park train station (7 mins to central station) and Is parallel to all the lovely cafes and bars on Pollockshaws Road (Lobo, Brunfield Bakery etc).
The flat is fully furnished with all kitchen implements also and TV. The flat has a bath, shower, washing machine and dish washer with gas central heating.
