Double Room in Friendly Home with Parking & Garden

A comfortable double room available from January in my home in Burscough. The room will be decorated in Gentle Fawn by Dulux, with cream curtains and a grey Roman blind, and neutral bedding to create a calm, relaxing space.
You’ll be sharing my home with me and my friendly dog. I’m looking for a considerate, tidy and respectful lodger who enjoys a peaceful home and is happy to respect each other’s privacy.
You’ll have free use of the kitchen, living room and dining room, as well as the garden, which you’re welcome to enjoy. There is a shared bathroom and parking is available. An electric vehicle charger is also available to use for an additional charge.
I operate a no-shoes-in-the-house policy to help keep the home clean and comfortable. I already have a dog, so unfortunately no additional pets are permitted.
