Flatmate wanted for 2nd bedroom in 2-bedroom flat

** ABOUT THE FLAT **
General - The flat is on the 1st floor, has plenty of space and feels really homely. I’ve lived here since mid-July and it’s in a great neighbourhood in a quiet street in between Balham station and Streatham Hill.

Transport - It is a 12-minute walk to Balham Northern line or 4-5 mins to Streatham Hill (national rail to London Bridge and Victoria).

Shops / restaurants - The flat is ideally situated being close to both the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment at both locations which gives you plenty of choice! It’s at the top of Tooting Common so it’s perfect for getting fresh air and exercise.

Amenities - The flat is fully furnished: large TV, sofa and armchair, dining table and chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and the kitchen cupboards are stocked with every utensil and piece of crockery you could need. You could literally move in with a duvet and your clothes and be right at home!

The room is a double room, decent size with a double bed, massive wardrobe, plenty of shelves and a large desk set up if you want to work from home.

** ABOUT ME **
I’m a 26 year old guy, very easy going, love a social event and doing stuff in the evenings. I’m very sporty and active, play football on the weekends and some netball midweek and am also a regular gym goer.

Ideally I’d want to live with someone that is up for socialising in the flat, whether that’s cooking together, chill infront of a movie or up for going out for a drink / night out haha!

** AVAILABILITY **
The room is available now or later in September and I’m pretty flexible on moving in dates. Let me know if this sounds a good match for you and we can arrange a viewing.

** COST **
The monthly rent would be £850 but doesn’t include bills – these would be about £140 a month per person on top including council tax, energy, water and broadband.
