We have a double bedroom available in a friendly Balham house share for £1,040pcm

Very sadly our lovely housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone to take over her room. A spacious and bright unfurnished double bedroom (bed not included but wardrobe and chest of drawers are). The house has a shared living room and a large kitchen diner along with a cute courtyard garden - perfect for those summer months!

We enjoy keeping the house clean and tidy and are looking for someone who feels the same and is keen to make the house a home.

A bit about us - you'll be sharing with 2 girls aged 28-29. We are both working professionals who enjoy spending time together whether that is watching TV, going out for dinner, drinks, and the odd concert! We equally enjoy a quiet night in and respect each other's space.

The house is situated on a quiet residential street, a short walk from Tooting Common. We are approximately 10 minutes from Streatham Hill station and 15 minutes walk from Balham (train and Northern Line). There are also frequent buses nearby and on street parking available (would need a permit).

The move in date would be the 4th September 2026. Bills are approximately £100 each per month. Please note, you will need to meet the referencing requirements (proof of visas, income etc).
