Bright, spacious double room available in a friendly three-bedroom flat in Balham by the top of Tooting Common - it’s a great flat /flatmates with me only moving out to live with my girlfriend.

The room is £800 per month (excluding bills) and is available from 2nd December (can be flexible on dates)

The bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside table, and storage (with me taking the desk) - with space for a wardrobe and other storage.

The flat is really light as it has big windows in every room, comes furnished with a tv, sofa and dining table etc. It’s a lovely flat to chill, make food in the open plan kitchen/living room, with a modern bathroom. And the landlord is really responsive and helpful.

It’s a great location with a 15min walk to Balham station with all the great shops and places to eat, and only 15min to Tooting Bec Lido!

It’s also got Streatham Hill station 7min walk, with the long high street having everything you need from pubs to M&S.

You’d be sharing with Jennifer (31) and Rosa (32) who are both absolutely lovely to live with professionals who are into upholstering, painting (by numbers), and going to the gym (yoga etc).

We go for drinks together and watch tv/socialise at home but they still have their own lives working and socialising with friends!
