Friendly and chilled flat-share with one other person. Large, bright double room with a fantastic, panoramic view of the London skyline, lounge and balcony. Excellent 24-hour transport links + your own bathroom.

There's lots of space in the flat, plenty of natural light in your room, a balcony, big skies and loads of shops and stores nearby. Only 30 minutes to Oxford Street by public transport. Plus Clapham Common, Brockwell Park, Tooting Common and Balham are all within easy walking distance.

There are heaps of pubs, bars, restaurants and shops in nearby Brixton and Clapham.

There's a handy Tesco Express directly over the road which is open seven days until 11pm.

You'll have exclusive use of your own full-size bathroom with bath + shower, so there's no queues in the morning.

ABOUT THE ROOM/FLAT:

Furniture-wise, the room has

1) a double divan bed (with big storage drawers)
2) a mattress
3) a large built-in wardrobe with a lot of storage space
4) a large chest-of-drawers
5) a desk

There's unlimited fibre broadband internet and all the usual mod cons including a washing machine that also dries clothes.

ABOUT ME:
I like going out but I'm pretty chilled when home. So this isn't a party flat if that's what you're looking for. But it would be good to live with someone fairly sociable who's happy to go out for a drink or share some drinks/food/music now and again. At the same time, if you prefer to be left to your own devices, that's OK with me.

As for interests I like technology, music and fitness.

I like to keep the place reasonably clean, at least when it comes to food mess, so hopefully you'll be OK to clean up as you go in the kitchen.

I follow a plant-based diet, but it's totally ok if you don't, I've mainly shared with omnivores!

ABOUT YOU:
Friendly, drama-free and responsible is all I'm really looking for, plus a non-smoker. Apart from that, you don't have to take life too seriously!

Sorry, but the room isn't available to couples.

COSTS:
Room £1,050 per month which includes all bills, i. e. electricity, water, council tax, communal TV licence and broadband.

The deposit is £900.

TRANSPORT:
Public transport is really good here. You're a few minutes away from Brixton and Clapham, both Zone 2.

From the property you can get to Oxford Circus in 30 mins (door to door), Victoria in 20 mins, Clapham in 10 mins etc. Locally, Streatham High Street, Streatham Station, Balham and Tulse Hill are also nearby.

PARKING:
You could apply for a Lambeth Council Resident's parking permit which is instantly valid from the day you apply. This allows you to park your car anywhere within a large zone of surrounding streets.
