Looking for a new flat mate to replace an outgoing flatmate. I moved into this lovely Edwardian Maisonette seven years ago. It is a great location, just under 15 min walk from Balham station (around 7 min walk to Streatham Hill) and right next to Tooting Bec Common. It is very spacious and with the bonus of outside space.
Please note that the price is excluding bills.
About the Flat
It is a great location, away from busy roads and a park on your doorstep. There is also a small garden/ decking at the back, perfect for those summer BBQs. There is a big kitchen/ dining room, a sitting room and a bathroom.
The bedroom has a double bed, bed side table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk.
