Looking for a new flat mate to replace an outgoing flatmate. I moved into this lovely Edwardian Maisonette four years ago. It is a great location, just under 15 min walk from Balham station (around 7 min walk to Streatham Hill) and right next to Tooting Bec Common. It is very spacious and with the bonus of outside space is perfect for a WFH setup.

Please note that the price is excluding bills.

About the Flat

It is a great location, away from busy roads and a park on your doorstep. There is also a small garden/ decking at the back, perfect for those summer BBQs. There is a big kitchen/ dining room, a sitting room and a bathroom.

The bedroom has a double bed, bed side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is plenty of space for a desk for working from home. wardrobe just outside the room (private hallway). Sorry the pictures are a bit “sterile”! Will take a few more and have more pictures / videos I can send across.

As you can tell i'm not the world's best Photographer!! It doesn't really do the place justice, if you would like any other photos let me know.

About the Flatmates:

I'm 29 and am an Accountant (fun one promise!) and Claire is 32 and is a Teacher.

Looking for a young professional who is tidy, easy going and view the flat as a home rather than a room to rent.
