IRIS COTTAGE, Thorne Passage, Barnes, London SW13 .... a bijou, quirky character cottage along a pretty pedestrian-only passage way within a Conservation Area enclave of the renowned and picturesque London village of Barnes. Built circa 1874. Without doubt, absolutely THE best priced house or flat of its size in Barnes, because it's most important for me to find good tenants, and who appreciate the uniqueness of the place. The River Thames and White Hart Lane just a couple of minutes walk. 4 mins walk to Barnes Bridge station (Clapham Junct 9 mins, Vauxhall 14 mins, Waterloo 22 mins journey) with trains direct to Waterloo, and ten buses an hour to Hammersmith Bridge 10 mins ride away, with with a short walk over to Hammersmith tube.

Barnes is a wonderful community, and has everything - terrific shops, fantastic restaurants, unique cinema (Olympic Studios), riverside pubs, Barnes Common and Richmond Park nearby for walking, excellent gyms, tennis courts, all within walking distance!

Council Tax is Richmond. Managed by private landlord (very easy to contact) and maintenance company who refurbished the cottage, and know it very well! EPC D.
