- Hoover, iron, ironing board, kettle and toaster (if wanted)

Transport:
- Queenstown Road station and Battersea Park station are both a few minutes walk from my front door
- The bus stops directly outside my front door will take you to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, Wimbledon or Oxford Street very easily
- Battersea Power Station tube, Clapham Common tube, Vauxhall tube and Victoria tube are all within easy reach
