Young Professional wanted for Belgravia/Vic Flat!

Hello!

We have one room available from beginning of April in our Belgravia/Victoria flat and are looking for a young professional housemate to move in (the landlord has specified someone in full time work). Sadly, our current flatmate is moving in with her sister.

The Room
The room advertised is 3.03m x 2.70m (9"11 x 8"10) and comes with 1 x double bed and 1 x bedside table.

Shared Areas
The flat feels light and spacious with a small balcony and the living areas and bedrooms split across two floors. The available bedroom has space for a desk if you need to work from home. There is also a spare desk in the living room. We have a washing machine and do not currently have a dishwasher. We also have additional storage separate to the flat.

Costs
The cost of £900+ £118 per month for bills, council tax and a cleaner once a fortnight, it also includes general shared things like toilet paper, washing power etc.

Location
The flat is in a great location. It is an 8 minute walk to Sloane Square tube and the Kings Road, and a 9 minute walk to Victoria station. Battersea Park is also around a 15 minute walk away.

Flatmates
The current flatmates are myself (Amelia) and Chloe. I'm 26 and a future trends forecaster with a masters in art curating and Chloe is 27 and works as a lawyer.

We’re both chilled/sociable individuals who enjoy having friends over from time to time, dinner parties or going out for drinks/dinner with our mates.

We’d love to find a new flatmate who is a similar age and enjoys similar things. We like spending time together as a house, but equally can respect each other’s space.

We are commencing viewings beginning of March.
