There is a lovely double bedroom with an en-suite loo available to rent in a 2 bed flat in Belgravia.

The flat has a private patio and a shared roof terrace. The bedroom is next to the living and kitchen and there is a shared bathroom/shower room down the hall.

The flat is a 10 minute walk to sloane square tube (circle/district line) and Knightsbridge tube (Piccadilly line) and a 15 minute walk from Victoria train and coach station.

The current occupier is the landlord. She is a 28 year old trainee solicitor. She is sociable; clean and tidy, and very conscientious. She is looking for the same in her flatmate. Ideally, she would like someone who is in the office at least 4 days a week.
