Hi! I'm a singer-songwriter, who loves listening to and playing music, going to the theatre and enjoying good food - and I'm looking for someone to take a room in my flat!

I'm offering a bright and spacious room in a peaceful second-floor flat, right in the heart of Eccleston Yard. The room itself is the largest in the flat, having been converted from the original living room, and benefits from large windows that flood the space with natural light.

You’ll be sharing a generous bathroom (complete with both a shower and a freestanding bathtub) and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area.

The flat overlooks Eccleston Yard, a charming leafy courtyard full of independent shops, stylish restaurants, and wellness spots, giving the area a vibrant yet relaxed feel.

All bills are included in the rent (energy, water, council tax, and WiFi)

Looking for a minimum 2 months tenancy, with a rolling month-to-month agreement afterwards (either party can give 1 month notice)
