We have one empty room (largest room in the house) available. Lease available from 15th October 2026. Appreciate upon contacting us, you introduce yourself, your occupation and your interest.

Please note that we have a friendly, longhair cat.

This flat opens for single person, female only, not for couple. This is not a party house, non-smoking, clean and tidy. Long term occupant preferred.

Cleaner comes once every two week to clean public area only (you should clean after yourselves anyway, eg. washing dishes).About £40 per month.
