Very large spacious three bedrooms Victorian flat to share with two girls in their mid-20’s, both working in the hospitality industry. Currently, we are on furlough but going back as soon as the lockdown is lifted.
We are looking for a like-minded person in their late 20’s, who likes to stay longer than the minimum rent as this is our home for over one year now. You should be a mature student/professional who likes a nice social space, but not a massive party house. We have the occasional dinner or drinks together, especially now during lockdown and we hope you take part as well. We expect you to clean after yourself and contribute to the general well-being of the house. We take turns every 2 weeks to clean the public areas but open to get a cleaner once life is back to normal.
The room is available from 1st March in our spacious, furnished maisonette flat (house style above a shop) in South Bermondsey. We have a large bright living room, large kitchen/dining area, bathroom with toilet & bath/shower. Fells like a house with high ceilings and lots of space all over. Local supermarkets include two massive Tesco’s, Lidl and Aldi all a short walk or bike ride away. There is space to store one more bike.
This large bright double room comes with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. It’s south-facing and has lots of daylight through its three windows. There is also the possibility of you bringing your own furniture. Further storage space available all over the house.
Located next to South Bermondsey rail station (5 mins/1 stop to London Bridge) and 10-15 minutes’ walk to the Jubilee (10 mins to Green Park or Canary Wharf) & Overground (10 mins to Shoreditch) lines. Alternatively, direct bus to Waterloo & the Strand. There is free parking available outside.
