The flat has been recently redecorated and there is a big, fully furnished living room to share, separate kitchen and bathroom on the lower level. All bedrooms are on the upper level.
The flat is bright, spacious with some extra storage throughout.
The rent covers an ultra fast and reliable 1Gb broadband, council tax,, gas and electricity and water rates; so there is no extra charges on top.
The flat is within 5 minutes walking distance from Bermondsey tube station, zone 2, on a Jubilee line, bus stop on the doorstep. Across the street there is Sainsbury's local and several shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a 15 min walking distance, or two stops by bus to Tesco Extra.
The room will be available from the beginning of July.
