Own house feel / Bermondsey / 5 mins stn / garden

2.5 bedroom house, pretty much to yourself (part time tenant in the other room), you get the weekend and week days to yourself.

We’re looking to rent our lovely king-size bedroom in a spacious 2.5-bedroom maisonette in Bermondsey while we’re away for around 3 months from early December. We’re flexible on dates and potentially extending the let.

The only other person living here works Monday to Friday, leaves early in the morning and gets home late, so you’ll have loads of space and peace during the day. He’s also away at weekends, meaning you’ll usually have the entire place to yourself then too. He’s a really nice, easy-going guy and very easy to live with.

The room has a huge, comfortable king-size bed and plenty of wardrobe space.

The maisonette has two double bedrooms plus a separate office, although the office will be used for storage during the let. There is also a spacious living room, dining area, good-sized kitchen with everything you need, plus both a private balcony and garden.
