Hello!
I’m moving out of my lovely room in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-storey flat in Bermondsey and looking for someone to take over. The flat is just a 7-minute walk from Bermondsey tube station (Jubilee Line). 7 mins walk to Tower Bridge for riverside walks and buses into the City and 15–20 mins walk to London Bridge Station for the Northern Line & National Rail.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained Council block. It is split into 2 floors: large separate kitchen and living room, toilet, storage downstairs and bathroom and the three bedroom upstairs.
You’ll be sharing with two friendly professionals: Gilda, 32, an economist and Oskar, 30, a software developer. The rent is £990 per month + bills, which usually come to around £130/month. We’re on a monthly rolling contract through an agency.
We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, easygoing, and will treat the flat like a home. We keep the place tidy with a weekly cleaning rota and share things around the house in a relaxed way. While we all occasionally have guests, this is not a party house.
I’m happy to sell the wardrobes and bedside table I bought for the room to the next tenant.
Flexible moving-in date is around the 14th May
