I am sorry to leave as this is the perfect place in the perfect location. You are 15 mins walk from Tower Bridge, 15 mins walk from big Tesco (in Surrey Quays, a lovely walk through Soutwark park), and around 20 mins to London Bridge.

The room is a well laid-out double room. It has 2x in-built wardrobes, so plenty of storage space. The room is provided with a sizeable desk and a chair for home working. Broadband is included and has recently been upgraded.

The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of storage space. There is two fridges in the kitchen (also planning to get an extra freezer).
We have a dishwasher, washing machine as well as tumble dryer. A smart TV with a paid-for TV license, Netflix, Now TV etc.

The existing housemates are all professionals and friendly, welcoming and chilled. They are looking for someone similar.
