Large double bedroom (4.5x2.7m) available in terrace house 2 minutes walk from Bermondsey station.
Would be sharing the house with myself and my wife who are late 30's professionals working in advertising / marketing, and our Malamute x Labrador rescue dog.
We work hybird, so usually home Mon and Friday and 1 or 2 days during the week. Happy to share the house with either someone looking to hang out and enjoy a drink in the evening, or someone looking more just for a place to sleep.
Room is available Mon-Fri, so would suit someone commuting into London for work. Centrally located and extremely close to Bermondsey Underground Station. A private car park behind the house can also be licensed from the council.
Rent includes all bills, including 1GB broadband. Room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
