Double Room available in Bermondsey ASAP

Looking for someone to take over my current let as soon as possible. The flat is fully furnished in every room. My room is a double bedroom that comes with a double bed, cupboard, chest of draws and bedside table. The living room has a TV, dining table and a WFH setup suitable for 2 people. There is also a small balcony facing the communal garden, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a book on a warm afternoon.

The lead tenant is a professional male (30) who works as a Tech consultant, based in Central London. He is away often but is very clean and particular the maintenance of the house. He will likely be around for any viewings scheduled should you have any questions for him.

The flat is a 7 mins walk from Bermondsey station, just over 10 mins from London Bridge station and a short walk from Tower Bridge too. There is a bike storage in the complex, private underground parking and free permit street parking too .
