Two rooms are becoming available in our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Bermondsey from June, as my current flatmates are moving in with their partners.

The flat is in a brilliant location, around a 7-minute walk from Bermondsey station and 15 minutes walk from Tower Bridge. We’re close to Spa Gardens, Maltby Street Market and just off the Bermondsey Beer Mile, so there are loads of great cafés, pubs and food spots nearby.

The flat itself has:

- Separate living room and kitchen
- Dishwasher (my personal favourite)
- Separate washer and dryer
- One bathroom
- First-floor flat, so only one flight of stairs
- Small balcony area at the front entrance which catches the morning sun

Council tax, water, gas and WiFi are included in the rent. Electricity is the only additional bill and usually comes to around £30 per month.

ROOM 1 - Large Double (£1000)
Available from June 1st with some flexibility on move-in dates.

Comes furnished, gets evening light and has loads of space, including room to comfortably work from home.

ROOM 2 - Small Double (£800)
Available from June 1st.

Comes furnished, catches morning light and feels really bright and cosy.

A little about me: I work in marketing and split my week between the office and working from home. Outside of work I love making the most of London, whether that’s pub trips, markets or random events, but I’m equally happy with chilled evenings watching rubbish TV, painting, reading or catching up over a glass of wine.

I’m easygoing and relaxed to live with and really value having a friendly and sociable home. I like to keep things tidy and clean, but I’m definitely not someone who gets stressed over the odd bit of mess.

The flat is very homey and I’d love to find people who are looking for more than just somewhere to sleep, while still respecting each other’s space and downtime.
