We are looking for a new flatmate to join us from now until 1st October.

​The Price:
​Rent: £500 pcm
​Bills: £100 pcm (Includes: Water, Gas, Elec, WiFi, and Council Tax Band B)
​Total: £600 pcm all-in.

​The Room & Flat:
The room is on the 4th floor and features direct views of Canary Wharf. It comes part-furnished with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
Note: We do not have a communal living room, but the kitchen and bathroom are shared.

​Location:
​Bermondsey Station: < 5 min walk (Jubilee Line)
​Rotherhithe Station: ~10 min walk (Overground)

​About Us:
You’ll be sharing with Ben, Gabby, and me. We are all professionals (Accounting/Hospitality) and part-time students. I WFH half the week, so we have very high-speed WiFi that never lets us down.

​We are all share a deep passsion for music. Ben plays piano, and Gabby and I DJ/produce together.
We’re looking for someone tidy and respectful. We’re happy if you prefer your own space, but we’re also very welcoming if you'd like to socialise with a glass of wine or join us at one of our DJ sets or a rave.

Weekends, weekdays after 8 PM, or daytime by prior agreement.
