The flat is a 3 bed with two bathrooms, the other tenant and I however live upstairs with our own bathroom, so the downstairs area/downstairs bathroom would be predominantly yours. We have a cute living room and kitchen equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.

Our street is filled with all sorts, PizzaGogo and several Chinese takeaways. In terms of groceries we have an Iceland, Sainsburys and little Tesco all within a few minutes walking distance. There is also a local ethnic supermarket that sells Halal Meat down the road, and a big Tesco/big Lidl about a ten-fifteen minute walk away.

Another perk for the postcode is free swim + gym across all the Southwark leisure centres on Frid, Sat and Sund.
