Large Double Bedroom

We're looking for a friendly new flatmate to join our lovely home in a great location.

The house is just a 5-minute walk from Bermondsey Station (Jubilee line), around 10 minutes from Rotherhithe (Windrush line) and Canada Water, with plenty of buses that get you into Central London in around 20 minutes.

This has been a happy home for many years. A couple who lived here for almost 10 years are moving on, so we're looking for someone who'll enjoy the house as much as they did. I've lived here for the past 3 years and want to find someone who's a great fit so we can keep the relaxed, friendly atmosphere going.

We're also planning to decorate and make the house even warmer and more homely over the coming months.

A little about us: I work full-time while studying for a Master's at LSE, and my flatmate recently graduated from Oxford. We're both easy-going, keep busy with work, studies and our own hobbies, but always enjoy having a good chat around the house.

We're looking for someone who's friendly, respectful and enjoys living in a relaxed, welcoming home.
