Spacious Double Room Available inBermondsey House

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely house share. I’ve been living here for almost a year and have genuinely really enjoyed it, but sadly I’m moving out because I’ve just finished my master’s and will be doing some travelling.

You’ll be living with two friendly girls who are looking for someone who’s easy-going, kind, and respectful. We like keeping the house clean and tidy and would love to find someone who feels the same. We enjoy the occasional catch-up, dinner, or movie night in the shared living room, but we also all appreciate having our own space and privacy.

The house has a shared living room, kitchen, and one bathroom.

Location-wise, it’s really well connected. South Bermondsey station is only a couple of minutes’ walk, and Bermondsey Underground station is around a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to get around London.

The house is currently having some renovations done, including a brand-new bathroom and a loft conversion. The loft will be a completely separate living space, and all of the building work is expected to be finished before the new tenant moves in.
