A brand-new 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at Pearl Yard, Bermondsey (SE16) — the redeveloped Peek Freans biscuit factory. The building only opened this February, so we'd be the very first people living in this flat, moving in together around 10 September. I chose the dark decor — a red sofa in the open-plan living room and a dark wood kitchen. Bright, spacious, and cozy.

Your room is the ensuite double — your own bathroom, fully furnished, plenty of storage.

Who I'm hoping to find
Someone with their own life going on — out at work or doing your thing in the week (not fully WFH every day), your own friends and a decent social calendar — but up for the occasional kitchen catch-up, cooking together, or plotting big plans over a glass of wine. Specifically:

In steady work, or otherwise able to pay rent reliably and on time (that bit genuinely matters)
Sociable, with your own stuff going on
International or British — all welcome
