Our flatmate is moving in with his partner which means we've got a nice double bedroom available from the start of September. It's a 3-bedroom masionette in the Millpond Estate, right by the river, about a 6min walk to Bermondsey station (Jubilee) and 10min walk to Rotherhithe (Windrush). It's also got great bus links to SE and central London (188, C10, 47, 381, P12). There's a Sainsbury Local and other little shops around the corner, and a big Tesco and a Lidl about 20min walk away in Surrey Quays.

Rent: £825/month
Bills: approximately £100/month
Unfurnished, but flatmate moving out may leave behind bed and some other furnishings if new tenant is interested.

A bit about us...
Derek (35): An actor from the US. Also works front of house in a couple of theatres, so is often around during the day, and out evenings and weekends.
Nathan (27): From London, working in the charity sector, and enjoys social activities.

It's a lovely community on the estate with an active Tenants and Residents Association and community garden. We've got some excellent neighbours who we occasionally join for homemade roasts, boardgames, pub quizzes, or tennis in Southwark Park.
