We are 3 Maltese (two girls & 1 gay male) looking for a 4th person to join our 4-bedroom duplex flat in Bermondsey. Here are the full details:

- Postcode: SE16 3NT
- The main space is a kitchen/living room together with a sun-facing balcony.
- There are 4 bedrooms, one on the 1st level and 3 on the 2nd level. There’s also 1 toilet room on the 1st floor and 1 toilet & shower room on the 2nd floor.
- Appliances include fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
- It’s a 12-minute walk to Bermondsey Underground Station (Jubilee line) & South Bermondsey Train Station, and then a 20-minute walk to the Surrey Quays Overground.
- We have a bus stop that is a 2-minute walk away, with the 1 that takes you into London all the way to Hampstead Heath, and the 381 that goes to Peckham. At night, the N1 is also in service.
- For close-by shops, there’s Nisa Local, Sainsbury’s Local, Iceland, Tesco Express, and 2 pharmacies. If you walk 20 minutes, you’ll find a Tesco Superstore and Lidl. There’s also a PureGym and CrossFit Centre 5 minutes away. Southwark Park is a 10-minute walk (great for summer picnics) and Bermondsey Street is a 25-minute walk (lots of cute coffee shops, restaurants, as well as the Fashion & Textiles Museum).
