Looking for a flatmate

Lovely flat in the heart of Bermondsey. We're two actors (Not withail and I we promise) looking for creative folk to move in. Our day jobs are bartender and SEN TA. We have two rooms available. Excellent transport links with Surrey Quays Overground 10 min walk away and Canada Water Jubilee 15-20. We also live 15 mins from a mahoosive Tesco and a great Lidl. This is a competitive location in a gorgeous area, right around the corner from Southwark Park and Bermondsey Beer Mile, that hosts live music and an array of craft beers for those hipsters. Gas is included in rent price so bills are cheaper and the flat is warm in the winter; around 50-100 bills. We have a spacious communal living room that leads onto a balcony, large kitchen and one bathroom and two toilets. Our current flatmates are moving out to go travelling.
