We’re a couple looking to rent out our huge double bedroom in our very spacious, modern flat.

We both work full-time and are in the office throughout the week, so the flat is generally pretty quiet during the day. We’re easygoing, clean and sociable, and looking for someone who’ll be respectful of the shared space and feel at home here.

The bedroom is genuinely very spacious, with plenty of room for a bed, desk and storage. You’d have your own bedroom and share the bathroom and rest of the flat with us.

Terms & Details:

* Available: Weekdays – we’re flexible on how many nights you need
* Rental: Primarily Monday–Friday, but happy to discuss your requirements
* Room: Huge double bedroom in a very spacious 2-bed flat
* Bathroom: Shared
* Location: Great transport links – around 4 mins to Rotherhithe, 10 mins to Canada Water and 10 mins to Bermondsey
* Flat: Modern, spacious and clean
* House: Non-smoking
* Bills: included in rent

We’re pretty flexible on the exact arrangement, so if you’re looking for somewhere during the week and occasionally need to stay over on weekends, just let us know.
