My flatmate is moving out mid-November, so I’m looking for a replacement to move into our 2-bed flat in Shad Thames.

The flat has two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a fully equipped kitchen. The room comes fully furnished, and the building is secure with coded entry. Bills. Council tax band E.

I’m a 23-year-old working professional in Finance with a busy schedule, so I’m looking for another sociable professional who enjoys a friendly, relaxed home environment.

The flat is right on the river in Shad Thames (Zone 2), with great access to the City and Canary Wharf. The City is easily walkable or cyclable, while Canary Wharf is cyclable or a 2 stop tube.

5–10 min walk to Bermondsey (Jubilee)
10–15 min walk to London Bridge (Northern, Jubilee & National Rail)
10–15 min walk to Rotherhithe (Overground)
