Large double room, own bathroom, very cute cat

I live on the top floor, you'd basically have the first floor to yourself. Ground floor is the shared kitchen and lounge. Obviously the cat lives where he pleases, but he respects a shut door if you don't want company.

House is a 2 minute walk from Bermondsey station, and comes with absolutely all bills included and no restrictions on use (I mean, within vague reason). Wifi, council tax, hot water, cold water, electricity, etc etc. It will cost you £1,300 per month to live here, no more or less.

Room comes with:
- A double bed;
- A wardrobe;
- A chest of drawers; and
- A bedside table.

And room for more if you want. Current guy has a desk for home working. He might be willing to leave it, let me know.

Kitchen is genuinely shared, you can use my cookware but also get a few cupboards to yourself. Also half a full fridge and half a full freezer. Life's too short to argue over this stuff.
