It is a 2-bedroom flat currently freeing up because my flatmate just bought his own place. The rent for the room is £775 per month, and you should set aside ~£100 per month for bills (some are paid quarterly, Council Tax band B).

Extremely well-connected for cheap commuting: bus No. 1 and a Santander cycle station are right across the street.
15-minute walk to Bermondsey Station and 20 minutes to London Bridge Station. (I personally just walk across the river to work).

Tesco Superstore is a 10-minute walk, and there is a Lidl slightly further down. (You also have Sainsbury's Local & Tesco Express 7 minutes away, an Aldi about a 30-minute walk away, and 4 convenience stores that are 2 minutes away from the flat).

I am a young professional working just across the river. I’m a rather private person who respects personal space, but I also enjoy those unprompted flatmate discussions.
