About us & the home

Hi there! 😊 We are a friendly and quiet household (just my mother and myself, both female). We have been living here for 5 years, and our previous flatmate stayed with us for 5 full years before moving back to Malaysia. We are now looking for a quiet, respectful, and reliable person to join our home.

The House & Room

Spacious & Comfortable: Furnished double room with a double bed, desk & chair, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

Two Bathrooms: 1 toilet downstairs and 1 full bathroom with shower upstairs.

Kitchen & Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with your own designated space in the fridge and cupboards. Washing machine, dryer and heating system available.

Building Details: Traditional home with wooden flooring upstairs (transmits light sounds when walking). Room doors close properly but do not have key locks.

All Bills & Cleaning Included
Bills Included: Rent covers Electricity, Water, Gas, WiFi, and Council Tax.

House Cleaning Included: house cleaning is included and toilet paper, so there is no cleaning rota!

Transport & Location
Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line): ~8-min walk.
Canada Water & Surrey Quays: ~12-min walk.

Requirements & Next Steps
Length of Stay: Ideally looking for someone until at least February, with the possibility of extending.

Requirements: Proof of income or a guarantor is required.
