London Bridge/Tower Bridge Room

Hello! I’m Zainab and I’m looking for a flatmate for this gem of a flat hehe 😏 The room is an ensuite with its own bathroom and access to the balcony. It also has 2 big closets, one with shelves and one with 2 set of rails for hangers (I know us girlies need the space)

The flat is a modern new-build 80sqm/860sqft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on either side of the flat - so quite spacious!

We have all cooking essentials in the flat, a coffee machine, smoothie blender, microwave, oven, kettle, washing machine with a drier, tv etc.

There is a large dining table on the other side of the flat, for hosting and working, and a balcony big enough to accommodate a table and some chairs for sunny brunches (london weather permitting).

Tower Bridge is a 10mins walk, London Bridge is a 15mins walk, and Bermondsey tube station is 6mins away - so we have the jubilee near by (if you work in Canary Wharf this is perfect for you!)

There is a Monmouth coffee shop, a restaurant and a local brewery immediately downstairs. The flat is soundproof, so there is no noise reaching the inside of the flat!

3 supermarkets around, the Coop is only a few meters away, Sainsburys is 3mins away and the Tesco is 6mins away.

If you are into running, Southwark Park is also 10-15mins away.

A bit about me - I was a working professional in investment banking until recently when I have decided to go back to school to study psychology (clearly finance ruined me 😂) I’m a good blend of fun, outgoing, and super social while also very much in need of my downtime with a good book and a cup of peppermint tea (ok fine, red wine) in that sense I’m definitely an introverted extrovert! I’m really into music, concerts, gym, recently picked up yoga and I read a lot. I’m also very chill and drama free and I’m hoping to find someone similar!! Message me 😊
