The property is located in Bermondsey, just a 5-minute walk from Bermondsey station and 20 minutes from London Bridge station.

The room has been renovated before being put up for rent.

It’s a cosy and quiet house, with a room becoming available soon. The rent includes weekly cleaning of the communal areas, including the kitchen, hallway and bathrooms.

All bills are also included in the rent: council tax, service charge, water, gas and electricity.
