Hey there! Our flatmate is moving out, so we have a room available in a cosy 3-bedroom flat. Council Tax Band B.

The room comes furnished with the bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers seen in the pictures.

The flat is located in Bermondsey, about a 5-minute walk from the Bermondsey tube station (Jubilee Line). It's also right next to Southwark Park if you ever have those moments when you need to touch grass.

It's also close to Canada Water / Surrey Quays shopping centre, where you can find a big Tesco plus anything else you'd need.

You'll be living with:

- George (m, 32): Freelance creative working in events, games, theatre and comedy; who enjoys video games, films and music, regularly performing Improv comedy and watching an unhealthy amount of Taskmaster.

- Gurkaran (m, 34): Massage Therapist who enjoys chess, watching Live Hockey and TV.
