Bright, spacious room available from January in a cosy ground-floor flat with a small private front courtyard.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, bedside table and lamp.

The flat has a lovely, bright open-plan living room and kitchen, with a bathroom shared between the two of us.

It’s in a great spot in Bermondsey, just a short walk from Bermondsey Street and its lovely cafés, bars and restaurants. Tower Bridge is around 10 minutes on foot, and London Bridge about 20 minutes. Supermarkets and local amenities are close by, with the tube just 5 minutes away and a bus stop around the corner.

It would just be the two of us sharing the flat, plus my lovely dog 🐶, so it’s extremely important that you’re comfortable with dogs and happy to share the space with him too!

The flat has a relaxed, friendly vibe and is more of a peaceful, chilled home than a party house. I’m looking for someone considerate, tidy and respectful who’d like to make it feel like home. I’m pretty easy-going and happy to share the communal spaces while also respecting each other’s space and privacy.
