Hello everyone!

I have a double room available immediately in Bermondsey, a great area just a 17-minute walk from London Bridge.

The house has three bedrooms, a large garden and private parking. It’s located in a very quiet area of Zone 2.

The house is shared by three people: myself, my brother and the person renting the room. However, my brother is currently away for three months, so during this time you’ll be sharing the house with just me.

The rent is £1,000 per month, including all bills.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful, as we really value cleanliness and like to keep the house organised.
