Bright double in Bermondsey loads of storage

The room is really big and bright with a huge built in wardrobe. Fully furnished with double bed, drawers, cabinet, small coffee table and desk. The kitchen also has a lot of storage space and we have a separate toilet and bathroom. Double glazed and amazing water pressure!

Hannah (25) works in a nursery and Celine (27) works for a charity. The flat vibe is chilled and I’m hoping to find someone to fit in well.

I’m moving to relocate for work but I love it here! So well connected, Surrey Quays (overground) 10min walk away, Bermondsey (jubilee) 15 min walk, south Bermondsey (national rail) 5 min walk. Loads of supermarkets and shops nearby and PureGym 10 min walk away. Southwark park 5 min walk away, old Kent road 15 min walk.

The landlords are really great, super professional and responsive. Rent is £775 bills roughly £100 per month on top. WiFi is included in the rent price so it’s only water, energy and council tax to pay.

The flat is on the 6th floor and is really safe, never had any issues. Move in date Sunday 29 November, landlord requires references.
