1 month sublet of two bedroom flat in Cambridge Heath. The rooms are both available from the 18th of July- 18th of August. The whole flat is £2500 including bills. Or £1250 per room for the whole month

The flat: Both rooms are doubles with lots of light. There is one bathroom with shower and bath 🛀 a large entrance with lots of space for shoes etc. the communal space is large and very very bright with huge windows a large balcony and a pole 🪽 the kitchen is semi open plan with the living area and is also super bright. It has a gas hob, dishwasher and washer dryer 🫧.

The location: the flat is a two minute walk from Cambridge Heath station (overground) and a ten minute walk from Bethnal Green (central line). There is a bus stop right outside the flat which has buses to London Bridge, Aldgate, Clapton etc etc. it is a stone throw to regents canal and around 5-10 minute walk to broadway market and Victoria park. The road itself has loads of shops and restaurants that are on your doorstep.

Accessibility: the flat is on the first floor of a block of flats. There is one flight stairs with no lift.

We are looking for: people to take over the whole flat for a month or two individuals happy to sublet with another person. We would love to sublet to people who are going to be super respectful of the space and keep it super clean and tidy. We love this space and have put a lot into it so want that to be taken into consideration.🍎☺️
