Under a 10-minute walk to Westcombe Park station (which takes you to London Bridge in 30 mins), and a 12-minute cycle to North Greenwich (Jubilee Line and the 02).

Under a 10 minute walk from beautiful Greenwich Park, where you will find the Royal Observatory, the Queens house, and the National Maritime Museum.

10-minute walk to a large M&S Food Hall. Under a 10-minute drive/quick to a big Asda/Sainsbury's and a large Lidl/Aldi and large retail park,

Near some great pubs, including The Royal Standard, The Green Goddess and The Vanbrugh.
