Renovated Victorian house while preserving its period style. In a beautiful conservation area (area of special architectural & historic interest, with rows of Victorian houses). Bills included.

The price for the period of 1-18 May will be £1400 only for the whole house including all bills (about £82 per-night for a maximum of 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). If there are more people staying, please let us know. We ask you to get the house cleaned and get it ready for the next people who are staying here (or you can pay a cleaner to do it).

Fully furnished & fully equipped. All rooms are very spacious. Please see the floor-plan to appreciate the size of the house.

1. Two bedrooms with two double beds, two living areas, & large kitchen-diner.
2. Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen (Le Creuset pots, Wusthof knives, sandwich maker, toaster, microwave, coffee grinder, cutlery), iron, beddings. Very fast broadband.
3. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher
4. The main bedroom has a cupboard, director chair, desk and brand-new Nectar mattress (to ensure you get a good sleep).
5. About 10 minute walk to Mile End station; 3 minute walk to Mile End Park & 8 minute walk to Victoria Park
6. Four minute walk to cafes, restaurants and grocery stores.
7. Original wooden flooring throughout.
8. Garden with barbecue (you do not need to look after the garden).

Although we have been verified, but I will also show you my ID, proof of work etc. before you make any payment. I will need copies of your ID and proof of work and reference.

This is a three bedroom property and we will use the smallest bedrooms for our storage.

Please note about the kitchen: the huge oven is temperamental but the stove works fine. There are a portable oven & an air-fryer you can use.
