We’re looking for 2 people to take over our tenancy in a lovely 2-bed flat just a 5-minute walk from Brixton station. Perfect for a couple or two friends moving together.

- £1700 pcm total (£800pp), security deposit is 5 weeks rent.

The flat has been such a special home for us and we’d love to find people who’ll enjoy it as much as we have.

We’d ideally prefer to find a duo applying together (either a couple or two friends/buddy up situation), as me and my flatmate are hoping to arrange the tenancy takeover at the same time.

Move-in ideally from 1 June or ASAP. Can be flexible for mid June however you would need to go through with referencing before the end of June.
