It’s a quiet residential street, but Brixton centre, with its market, restaurants, cafés and bars, is within easy reach. Brockwell Park is also nearby. There is a small shop, pharmacy and Chinese takeaway at the top of the street, and the bus stop at the bottom has good connections around Brixton.

The Victoria Line tube is approximately a 10–12 minute walk, making Central London easily accessible.

The house would suit a clean and considerate professional or couple looking for a peaceful and comfortable home-from-home. Someone who enjoys a little gardening would be a bonus.
