🙌 We have two fantastic double rooms available in a bright 3-bedroom flat in Clapham, with bills included. You'll be sharing with the current flatmate Calum - a friendly professional who works in finance.

🛏️ Both rooms are furnished with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe with plenty of room for a desk. (For reference, they are Rooms 2 and 3 on the floor plan.)

📺 The living and dining room has a big bay window, 2x sofas, TV, dining table and chairs and there's a separate kitchen with everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and separate pantry.

🚿 Good storage and great shower pressure in the bathroom, which has also been refurbished with new tiling and decoration.

💡 All bills are included: council tax (Lambeth Council Tax Band D), water, gas & electric as well as fast WiFi. You only have to set up TV License, if you use the services.

☕️ Very close to Clapham's coffee shops and grocery stores as well as Venn Street Market on Saturdays. Clapham Common is just down the high street and the tube station is around the corner.
