... is ridiculously convenient - seconds from Clapham High St (London Overground), a couple of minutes from Clapham North station (Northern Line), 15 mins walk to Stockwell (Victoria Line).
The high street with all its shops and restaurants is also within walking distance, and so is the Common which is a great space if you're into sports/exercise or just like lying in the sun in the summer.

THE HOUSE
... is really spacious so even when everyone's home it doesn't feel packed at all.

THE FLATMATES
Currently 4 girls - Two Scots, 1 frenchie and 1 Slovak.. Everyone works full time and likes to have down time, but also up for a quiz and a drink (or 4!) at the local pub, hanging out in the backyard when the weather allows and watching TV in the evenings.

Most of us are back in the office full time but with occasional WFH but with 2 living rooms and most working from our rooms when we're home theres plenty of space!

Looking for someone who will be a good fit in the house.
- Chilled but social and up for a chat and a laugh (the classic mix). Not a party house sorry!
- Full time professional preferred, mainly for lifestyle mix.
- Not keen on those looking to WFH 5days a week unless happy to do so from your room and not communal spaces.
- 30yrs + preferable
- Clean/tidy, respectful etc.
- Non Smoker
