A welcoming double room is available now in a peaceful & clean garden flat for a month or longer to share with good natured couple. Ideal if you are seeking a bolt-hole or base on a short term basis up to six months.

There are amazing transport options with the bus, tube and clapham junction railway within easy walking distance. There is a bus stop one minute away! Street parking available for permit holders and space in the front garden to secure a bicycle.

The room is furnished with a double bed (with drawers) and side table but with access to good sized built in wardrobe cupboard / wardrobe space in the hallway, just outside the room. There is a comfortable and inviting living room, (Virgin Broadband, Netflix and Prime Video), a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with a bath tub and overhead shower.
Current flatmates good-natured, respectful and considerate and hoping to share with a like -minded flatmate who is looking to share from one to six months.
