It has a spacious open plan living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bathrooms (one en-suite connected to the master bedroom), inbuilt wardrobes in both bedrooms and ample storage space. The flat is located in a busy part of Clapham and is very close to Clapham Junction, Clapham Common, Clapham High St, Battersea and Battersea Power Station. Public transport is exceptionally convenient as most bus stops are practically on the doorstep. The closest tube and or overground stations are: Clapham Junction, Clapham Common, Queenstown Rd, Battersea Park Rd and Battersea Power Station (underground station).

I ensure that there is a weekly cleaning rota to ensure that chores are done fairly. I am looking for someone similar in age as me, so ideally anything between 30-40.

All animals are kept securely within their designated enclosures, ensuring the apartment remains clean, organized, and unaffected. If you are an animal lover like me, there shouldn't be any issue!
