A double room in a super friendly house in the heart of Clapham. 10 mins walk from Clapham North and a short stroll from Brixton and Clapham Common, as well as Clapham high street overground.
A double room on top of a two storey house. Furnished. There is a bathroom on the second floor which would be for private use most of the time, unless I have visitors staying in the room next door.
You can use the gym room and rower.
You would be sharing the common areas with Myself and my partner. He doesn’t live here but stays over most nights. We are both extremely outgoing, friendly and sociable. We go out a lot.
I am looking for short lettings only and extremely flexible. Ideal for people in between house moves or who need a place to stay short term- happy to negotiate dates with the right person.
